For example, we may receive your personal data if someone at your organization designates you as a contact person for that organization or includes information about you in a grant application.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with agreed terms.

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for our legitimate interests, in accordance with our retention policies, and in accordance with applicable laws.

Access, Erasure, and Correction

If you would like to review, delete or update your personal information, you may contact us using the contact information below. We will permit you to correct or amend personal information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate and to delete personal information (other than certain grant-related information or other legitimate use). We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. You will need to provide sufficient identifying information, such as your name and email address and possible additional identifying information as a security precaution. Please note, because of the way we maintain certain services, after you delete or amend your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems. Also, if you delete information for revoke your consent for collection of information, certain Website services (such as providing you with newsletters) may no longer be available to you.
